Thank you for your letter regarding the recent purchase of my Street Triple R. I wouldn't normally write, but the service offered by your team is certainly worth praise.
I heard about the test day, a few months back, through a friend of mine and popped along to see what Triumphs were like these days. I have to say I was made very welcome and had a great time trying a couple of the bikes. There was no pressure selling and it was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience.
When I decided to buy a Street Triple your staff were most helpful and were genuinely interested in what I was looking for. Again there was no pressure to buy a bunch of extras. On the day I collected my new bike, it really stood out the EVERY member of staff smiled and said 'good morning', a far cry from other dealers nearer to me (Not Triumph dealers I must add), it made the day feel 'special'. The service guys (sorry I don't remember the names) were equally helpful answering all my dumb questions on servicing and extras, and I certainly intend to buy anything I need from Three Cross.

I'd just like to drop you a line today to thank and congratulate you on providing me with an excellent customer experience on my recent purchase of a Triumph Tiger 800XC. I just completed a Triumph survey and gave permission for my feedback to be passed on but mailing it direct is a pleasure. People that do a great job deserve acknowledgement. While some are happy just to go to work and collect the pay cheque, others demonstrate a passion for what they do. Your staff do the latter. Gary in the Service department blows me away with his attitude to customer care - exceeding my expectations at every customer touch. He really makes me glad I bought a Triumph and I that I bought from Three Cross. I promote customer service in my business and rarely have I been so impressed in after any transaction - business or personal. Outstanding. Truly outstanding.
