I just wanted to send a quick email to express my gratitude and thanks to the service team especially Gary and David for their outstanding customer care. As a “new biker” I found the process of booking / getting a quote from bike shops in the area a bit of a challenge that was until I spoke to Gary who I must say was outstanding calling me back on the phone with all the details that I needed, the whole process was extremely smooth keeping me informed at every stage of the process.Nick (Southampton)
I collected the bike last night and was given a full run-down on what had been done and Dave who completed the service came round to see if I had any questions which in my view was very professional.
The bike itself was returned in showroom condition having undergone a full valet, suffice to say I will be using your service again for all future services.
